Great for all my needs

This gun has not let me down. I no longer am able to squeeze a staple gun so this has helped me a lot. The trigger on this gun has made it easy to complete my many projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stapler is lightweight and pretty easy to handle. There is a brief delay between the time the trigger is pulled and the gun actually fires. That takes a little getting used to. My old gun had an immediate response. Otherwise a nice stapler.
Pros: General Repairs, insulation

This is much easier on our hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it was hard to keep firing. Then we discovered that the feed was jamming because we were slamming the feeder closed, and that caused it to override the staples jamming them. Once we figured this out it worked wonderfully. We were installing insulation overhead and on the walls, used several thousand staples without fatigue nor problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use but wish it ha a little more power to drive 0.5" staples all the way into the treated 2x8 I was using.
Pros: attaching wire screen to treated 2x8 lumber

The electric T50

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a T50 bought around 1988. It still works fine, but my wife is reupholstering our dining room chairs and she needed something faster. The T50ACD is indeed quicker and easier to use for someone with small hands like my wife. I wish it had more power, too, but for the price, you can't have everything.
My old original staples are stronger than the new box I bought, but not as sharp. The new ones penetrate better. Just don't pry them out if you change your mind --- they will break when you're yanking them out.
