Jams can occur for a variety of reasons, including using a longer staple than needed for project materials or not keeping the staple gun flush to the surface while firing. Always clear the tool by removing the stuck staple from the channel rather than pulling it directly from the staple exit point. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! As soon as I opened the box and unzipped the neat carrying case, I knew I had made the right choice. You can feel the quality once you place the stapler into your hand! I love the fact that it has a "low staple" light to let you know when you need to refill the magazine. I love the fact that it has a light to help guide the way when stapling. I love the ease of filling the magazine. Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great and easy to use product at a very reasonable price. It sure beats my very old manual craftsman hand pincher. I like the fact that it can use four different staple sizes. I would recommend it.
