Good for carpet installation

The stapler is very strong and sturdy. It help me to install my carpet very fast but you need to grab it correctly.

Good for upholstering sofa and chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Arrow electric staple gun has made reupholstering a sofa and chair easy. The selection of staples which can be used is helpful. Easy to load staples and it has a safety feature so staples can only be ejected if against a solid surface.

This works for thin wood, but not for plywood

I purchased this primarily to secure 1/8" wood in my RV. It worked well, but after using it, I thought it would be great to secure cabling to 1/2" plywood. It didn't work so well with thicker and more dense wood. In fact, I reverted back to my manual stapler to do that work.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
