Design is good. Especially like the load design for staples.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked the design overall of this electric stapler. However, when purchased the tie around the cord was melted into the power cord a bit & it failed to work. Probably just a packaging flaw due to the melted issue. Really like the load mechanism however, much better than some other brands.
Pros: hutch build for rabbits.

Hello, there. We are so sorry to hear that! Based on what you described, we'd like to replace this tool since this issue sounds like it falls within our product warranty. Look for an email from us today.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received, seems like a very sturdy product. Tried a few test runs, I think it will work for my projects.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the package this stapler has pleased me greatly. My first use, I ran half a box of 5/16" staples. Have not had a jam yet. Feeds smoothly without breaking sticks of staples. Accurately feeds short sticks behind each other.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked suitably once I figured out to drop the staples into the slot instead of loading them like a traditional stapler. Bought the AC powered unit thinking it would drive with more force but staples often wouldn't seat flat - perhaps I would get better at it with more experience. Still a lot better than a manual stapler
Pros: insulation

Thanks for taking time to share your feedback on our electric tools.
Sometimes issues with the staple not seating well into the wood can be resolved by using the shortest staple possible to achieve the 1/4-inch to 3/16-inch penetration needed for a secure hold. When working with hard wood like MDF or plywood, it may also help to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing (if you can do so safely).
However, we would like to touch base with you directly, though, to make sure there are no other issues at play here, so look for an email from us today!
