[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good stapler, easy to use especially on large projects. Eliminated fatigue in your hands. Is heavier than a non electric stapler but I would rather use this type.
Pros: insulation, ceiling tiles
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to attach a carpet runner to stairs. Worked very well, put the staples in with no problem, etc. I think I will find other uses for it also. Good choice for the average homeowner.
Pros: Flooring, Upholstery

Hey there, we are sorry you have been disappointed by your experience with the T50ACD Compact Electric Staple Gun.
Regarding the firing speed of this tool, you're right that the T50ACD wasn't designed to be a rapid fire staple gun. Instead, it has a motor drive technology that ensures the tool has consistent driving force, even on a 100-foot extension cord. However, it does fire about 60 shots per minute versus traditional solenoid power tools, which average around 30 shots per minute.
You're also right that this tool has a contact safety that must be fully depressed before the staple gun will fire. We do test this tool internally and with end users for functionality, but we understand that it may be more challenging to engage depending on the project. Typically, though, it's more a matter of positioning than force to fully engage the safety.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We share all customer reviews with our product managers and engineers, so it is always helpful to hear detailed feedback, even though we are sorry you were not more satisfied by your experience.
If you have any other issues with the performance of this tool or would like to talk with us further about this, please feel free to contact us directly at customercare@arrowfastener.com or 800-776-2228. We do stand behind this tool with a warranty, and we're here to help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't find my old electric stapler and I was determined to get my stool cushions replaced TODAY. I went out and purchased the T50ACD staple gun and couldn't be happier. I was prepared to see the staples sticking partially out of the hard, pressboard backing, but they were locked down tight. I would definitely recommend this staple gun to others.
Pros: Crafting, Upholstery
I would recommend this to a friend!
