Inconsistent performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While upholstering dining room chair seats, the gun would often not staple. We turned it off and on and it would work for 20 staples or so and then it wouldn't forward a staple. We used several sizes of the recommended brand of staples with no difference. The gun did not jamb up, just didn't staple. This was very frustrating.
Pros: Upholstery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Much easier on the hands than a manual staple gun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very good purchase. I used it to recover an upholstered piano bench with leather. It was far easier operate than the manual type that I have used in the past. Well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for recovering the bunk boards on my boat trailer. I've done this once before and used a manual stapler. I'm sure I shot 800 staples while recovering 4 rather large bunks. I didn't want to go down that road again. While I haven't started my recovering project yet, I've tested the stapler on the boards and it works great.
