We use to reupholster bar stool chairs and it worked well stapling into hard wood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had much better success versus the manual stapler. The staples went in with little issue, loading the stapler was easy. It did not jam for our first use. Overall, happy we made the purchase.

Great for thick carpet repairs
