Good for reupholstering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item for many uses. I reupholstered my dining room chairs. It had a hard time shooting 5/16 staples in MDF. I tried shooting some 1/2 staples into a 4x4 with carpet. It was not able to put the staples down. If you plan on using over 3/8 staples you will need something with more power.

Heavier than anticipated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A major challenge to get out of the clam shell but then things improved a bit. Loading instructions could be a tad more detailed with more than just drawings...took like 3 tries before the assembly closed (also very difficult to open). Gave my wrist a work out to be sure as it's very heavy...which I hope means it will last forever.

I liked it so much that I wish I had purchased it sooner. So easy to use and just pressing the trigger was so much better than the power shot stapler

Great for upholstery. Not significant strength or effort needed to set the staple into the wood.

The product is very helpful, in that you can use it without exerting any strength. Instead of using brute force to use a staple gun, this product does all of the brute force for you automatically..
