decent for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the gun, only complaint is the pin used to keep the staple guard in place doesn't see to last long leading to gun jamming easily. Would love to see that improved. Good gun for the price though.

Good low voltage stapler, but must buy long staples 9/16

I have used this size staples for 10 years. always tacks my low voltage wire appropriately. My stapler fell off the ladder too many times and bent and no longer worked. But it did last 10 years and was a different model. hoping this t25 stapler last another 10 years

Guarantee to Jam

I buy once a year stapler. Why? because its the only one the hardware stores carry. But, Its guarantee to jam on you and the staples don't hold that great in the wood.

Incredibly useful tool.

I am pretty certain I have had this stapler for over 25 years, and it has worked well the entire time. At times it is a little difficult to get on the wire, but if it is in the groove, this thing works great! I can't imagine getting by without it now.

Will not work and no troubleshooting guide

So frustrated with this product. I purchased the T25 and staples. I was able to get one staple to work, and none since. I've spent about 1 hour trying to get this thing to work. The online instructions give no help whatsoever. I've owned Arrow staplers previously, and I've never had the issue.

We always recommend first removing the pusher rod and the magazine to check for jams, as well as any other hindrances, before doing any other troubleshooting. Soley used at one clients property

Bought in 2015 for use in outdoor stapling. Used only 1/4 of the box.
Began to use it again in 2016, same task, same property. It shoots 2 in a row, then stops. Stops. stops. Open and reload fresh. Shoots one. Stops. Stops. stops.
Open, check load. Shoots 2 then stops. stops. Stops.
I can't function this way.
The Stapler looks new, clean. Never stored in wet, hot or bad environments.

Fails over just a few years

I bought this a number of years ago to work on a few projects I had on the go I thought it would work better t50 for the need. Since that time I had not a need for it so it was packed away and out came the old trusted t50 about 10 years older than the other and works great. I suddenly needed to use to my t25 no problem except when I went to use it it didn't work. How could the handle grow loose in a drawer? Why could my t50 design be this good and the t25 last as long as a pair of socks? I like the brand I am not happy with this and would not recommend this product.
