I love this product, but…

I love this product, but… I have owned several sweepers in the past 20 years that needed to be replaced because the battery wore out, but the last two that I purchased, the left hand wheel broke off. It needs to be made stronger since that’s the side that the on and off button is located to push with your foot.

Vacuum the house everyday for 3 years!

In the past 8-9 years I have had 2 of these. Absolutely the greatest thing! I hope they are going to get more of the Pro Sweeper in stock. I know I will need a new one soon. With proper care, and cleaning they last, you just need to care for it! Absolutely love it!

I've been using the Shark 12" Rechargeable Floor & Carpet Sweeper for many years, and I love it. In fact, I have two of them, and every time I have to reorder I order two of them. The two that I have now, are 6 years old and today I ordered two more so I can discard the two that I have. Both batteries are almost dead and buying batteries make no sense because they are too expensive, I rather buy two new ones that I know will last for many, many years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would NEVER recommend this product to any shark ninja product to anyone ever again.
Less than a year into owning this vacuum, it started to have dysfunctions. I would turn it on, run it for 10 seconds and it would just turn off. I replaced the battery per the instruction manual, (the battery is the correct one for the model) and fully charged it. Even with a BRAND NEW battery it did the same thing!!! so frustrating that this item cannot withstand normal, not even daily, use, and has so many defects. I will be contacting them to get a refund, not even sure I'd want it replaced because this vacuum SUCKS (and not in the way that it should!!!) RUN AWAY FROM THIS ITEM, DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!

Worked only three times

I bought the inexpensive Shark cordless sweeper, model V2945Z. I have had this cordless sweeper before and they have lasted maybe two years so I know they are disposable. For those two years they worked well. However, with my last purchase the machine only worked 3 times. Now when I try to use it, it works for about a minute then stops and can’t be started again. Recharging doesn’t help. When it’s used 3 times, an inexpensive item quickly becomes a more expensive one. It’s frustrating, too, not to be able to contact the company by email. Being the weekend, their phone number is only for weekdays, and my hunch is when I do call them it will be a robo call with no one with whom to speak. Will find that out Monday.

I bought this for one area rug in my home in November 2020 and since then I had to replace it because the battery just gave out for no good reason at all and here I an again in February and the same issue happened again. That’s 2 of these sweepers within 3 months just giving out for no good reason at all. There definitely needs to be something wrong or defect with this particular model.

I just bought this after owning the V1700Z. I like it but it no longer fits under my sofas. I'm not seeing the purpose for the raised circle on the top, I consider this to be a huge design flaw.

The product doesn't always pick up like it should. It's handle is very flimsy and I'm thinking it may break at any time while using it. I'm disappointed in Shark. I need something dependable for my large area rugs.
