SUGGESTION FOR FUTURE DESIGN

THIS IS MY 3rd shark product. my suggestion is PLEASE make the plug in for the charger to the sweeper larger. Older people or people who have poor eye site have trouble seeing the opening. Or at least make it on the top and a lighter color so it is easier to see. I know this would be very much appreciated by a lot of people. Thank you.

Looses charge and brittle handle

This was a gift for our off grid cabin it worked for the little that we needed it for but found it quick to loose a charge and the handle broke at the base with in 3 months. This would be a great little sweeper if the battery lasted longer, the handle was more sturdy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used this wonderful Sweeper until the lower handle broke... I couldn't get that replacement, it says CURRENT SOLD OUT. I hope I can fix this soon.

I was looking for something I can use
easily and regularly for in between vacuuming or Saturday cleaning. I love it because it’s easy for the grand kids to use it. Got what I expected. It’s ok for quick light in between jobs but it’s not a vacuum so I don’t expect it to run like a vacuum. It does do low carpets but it snag on tall pile carpets and at the edge of rugs but my vacuum does too. never had a handle break or the batteries stop working. Not really good for pet hair or hair balls. Other then that, ok/good for hard floors - simi good for low carpets.

Poor "almost" to earlier models

I first purchased the smaller blue one. After unpackaging it and charging, I realized the brushes looked they had a bad case of alopecia. Brush fingers sparse and far apart and hardly any power. Took it back and exchanged it for the 2945z. It has more brushes, but is amazingly under powered and the dirt collector is clumsy and messy. Years ago, I had the v1900. It had great power, edge cleaner and one step to open dirt bin. It was used for quick pickup in a house with a cat and later a very large hairy dog. I had that through 3 batteries and a broken handle. I hoped I would be replacing that one. No such luck. Highly inferior product. It bogged down when moving from carpet to throw rug with short pile. Not a good product at all. I am disabled and on low income and extra money is hard to come by, especially for inferior products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First I would like to say, Rhonda is right on. The only complaints I have, Rhonda hasaddressed so no need to post it twice. But us boomers are now seniors and we are the largest of senior population in history. That means we are a large percent of your customer sales and we have experience in pproducts and are not fooled easily like the younger population. We know what we want and we are willing to pay for it. We are also used to friendly and helpful customer service. Not what they do today, such as making it clear they dont care if we make a purchase or not. So you people better start listening and putting out products that will cater to our aging needs. Such as being able to see a charge connector.
Secondly, I'm not real sure if some reviews are referring to model # v2945z, but if they are I must say, this is one of the best sweepers I have owned. I also own the Rocket with dual cleaner. Im well satisfied except for some minor issues but my sweeper i use daily for my shedding dog. Its alot easier to take that out than the big vac daily. Ive had my sweeper for 7 years. Never one problem. Works beautiully. In fact, I would venture to say it works as well as my Rocket only on a smaller scale. Im only writing now because my charge cord got a short in it. Just had to defend my sweeper.so either you 3 happened to get a couple lemons or I happened to get the best of the lot.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I love the Shark vacuum cleaners so I decided to buy this floor and carpet sweeper. I can't believe it! It's flimsy, poorly made, and doesn't pick up a thing. I REALLY REGRET PURCHASING THIS ITEM!

I own 3 and use it daily. One I have had for over 5 years and the other 2 going on 3 years. I have 2 large dogs (70 lbs) and a cat. These sweepers are a life saver. They pick up hair, food, leaves, litter and so much more.
I would be lost without EVEN one.
