I was a little hesitant buying a refurbished and "good condition" vacuum, although it just came in a generic box the vacuum itself was in very good condition very light signs of wear. It came with the four attachments in the picture and has a long 30 foot cord. Shipping was extremely fast ordered it on Sunday night and received it on Tuesday
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased three refurbished vacuums, two of them missing cord holder, and two of them have clogged HEPA exhaust filter

The cord was freyed.

I received the vacuum and the cord looked like it had been hit with a lawnmower. The rubber on the outside was gone in a couple of areas and the wires could be seen. I had to take it to have the cord fixed before I could use it. The vacuum works as it should; now that I have fixed the cord so I can run it. Not impressed that a company would sell a "refurbished" vacuum in this condition. I feel like they didn't even look at it before selling it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
