It keeps my new laptop charged and there are no issues with it whatsoever. The cord is a great length and I'm able to move my laptop around when charging if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three weeks after receiving it is not working properly.I have to wiggle the connector quite a bit to get it to begin charging. I discarded the box and plan to contact customer service this morning to see how they handle this problem. I will update this review after I speak with them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plug is as good as we had from the original, but the problems that arose with the original arise with this one. It's not magnetic and would essentially be so much more efficient this way. This is the only reason why it's not a 5 Star, but other than that, it does whatever it needs to do and has the strap that allows for easy storage.
