The description says it works on all their laptops, but apparently that doesn't count their Omen series. Plug it in and it just acts like there is nothing there. Doesn't even recognize it's plugged in.

The charger can not keep up and charge the battery while the computer is on. Granted there is a problem with the battery, but the original charger, which still works, charges the battery when the computer is on (as well as off).

It worked perfectly as soon as I placed the order. (No, not when it arrived, I mean when I placed the order) "How?" you ask. I was having trouble with the existing adapter -- the battery just would not charge. So, in desperation, I ordered this one. (used a different computer) When I returned to the laptop an hour later, the battery was fully charged! Now THAT's good performance!

Easily charge and power multiple devices connected to laptop,

I bought this to use with my HP 17.3-inch laptop, mostly because I plug things into the laptop to charge them. I also have an external USB HDD for backups, and two external SSD's for other OS's. The point is that the 90W charger does not get so warm as it powers and charges these additional devices. It's a very good power supply.
