Maybe need XL

The left ear fits perfectly, I feel the vacuum and the sound is perfect and what ever I try to do it won't fall but my right ear is always falling out and I can't get the same result as I have in my left ear.
Any suggestions?

Too small

Unfortunately, the large size is too small for my ears. The large on the wired Soundsport fits perfectly but these are quite a bit smaller.

No problem with size even for small ears of women

Just bought. Quietest ones I ever had. I use medium. It suppose to be bigger so it blocks canal and you twist it down so the wing goes inside the ear crevices and tightens. You don't want the rubber inside your canal. It seals better than ear plugs. I wonder if I can use them as ear plugs. I am only 5 feet and don't have large ears. I do have ear lobes. I think the small ones are for children. Beautiful sound. Don't need to use the small speaker equalizer. Use full acoustic. Just like large speakers.

Excellent fitting in ear and Bass improvement!!

I have IE SoundSports headphones but not very happy with the tips came with it as it was leaking Bass. This new tips imporved Bass performance and fit well in ear.

I love anything Bose. They have a great sound but I have to give these 4 stars because, like all the other reviews, the small size ear buds are still too big. I agree with the others, please make a x-small size. These fall out of my ears when I turn my head. Running is a complete NO. If these ear buds would have fit in my ears the right way I would say 5 star all of the way!

Too large

Unfortunately, the small is still too large. They fall out of my ear even with a little movement. Only good for sitting and relaxing. Even head turns can be a problem. I don't understand why they don't make an extra small.

The small size feels a little too big for my ear. I went online to see if they had an small size but they don't. Putting them on takes some effort.Other than that I like the product.
