On left ear i use medium size, on right ear -large size, but guess it would be better to use something between M and L.

The headphones sound great but the small is too big and they make my ears hurt after a few minutes. Unfortunately I am going to have to return them. There are so many of these posts requesting XS I hope it will be a future option.

Great sound, but don't fit well

Like several other reviewers, I find that the "small" earbud tips are still too large. Since they don't fit well in my ear canal, they don't seal out extraneous noise as well as they should and they fall out easily.
I'm an adult male slightly above average height and weight, so I don't think I'm a statistical outlier. Emmet's response on behalf of Bose Support to caligalan's earlier comment on this point was that "most people find one of the three sizes fit well." That's nice but irrelevant. Emmet also suggested to Slick19 that he/she try other sizes (medium or large) if the small size is too big, which makes no sense at all.
I love the sound on these earphones, but it's beyond me why Bose is so hostile to the idea that some people have smaller ear canals and need smaller tips. We're not asking you to retool your whole production line. All we're asking for is a piece of silicone in a slightly smaller size.

Too big!

Need XS size choice, even if for separate purchase

Love them!

I bought these a couple weeks ago, so I can listen to music during my training runs and I love them for the most part. The only problem I have is the small is too big for my right ear. The left small fits perfect but the right does not fit securely. It would be great if there were extra small ear tips. Other than that, these are the best wireless headphone I have had.

Love sound quality/ don’t fit in ear

Please make extra small ones. The small is too large for my ears and don’t stay put well while I’m working out. Even with just walking around the block, they tend to wiggle out of my ear canal.

Bose quality sound - but...

They're great headphones, perfect sound, brilliant battery, love the charging case. One issue is they fall out on hot days, so they're not as secure as I would like them to be. So back to wired headphones for longer runs.
