durable, secure, too big

I am a female with small ears apparently and any earbuds I have used always push themselves out of my ears. I like the oval shape of the earbud and the thin flange of the tip, it is very gentle and surprisingly durable. However, the wing is still too big and makes my ears sore after about an hour of use. The material is extremely soft and I am afraid to trim it and render it useless to hold the unit up. When I wear them they are very secure and never fall out, so they are just a hair too big. PLEASE listen to your customers and make an extra small ear tip! The Bose headphones are too good to have this issue for this many women.

Great sound! Needs a an extra small size ear piece

My ears are small but the small ear piece is still too big for me. They fall out and I’m constantly trying to push in. That’s only reason I have 4 instead of 5 ⭐️

I’ve had my free soundsports for a little over a year and this is the first time I’ve had to change them; plus I got two sets when I ordered one so I can’t complain.

Love my Sports

I have had mine for a little over 6 months and I love them. The only con I have is I do wish that there is an XS size, but other then that I love how they sound.

Smaller please

I've had these earbuds for 6 months now. Although I love them, I agree that smaller earbud covers would be more comfortable for women with smaller ear canals. They give me an earache/headache if I wear them too long. The sound is awesome and definitely the Bose quality you would expect for what your paying for. Just need a smaller earbud cover. Thanks!

Ear tips too large

Do you make extra small. My ear canal is tiny and the tips won't seat properly and fall out when wearing. I would even be willing to pay for a custom mold.

Like many others, I too cannot wear even the small tip without experiencing pain. I love Bose quality but cannot understand how this problem is allowed to continue after this many complaints. Cater to all your customers, please!
