So far, this Satechi adapter has done well. I've used it in a single static configuration for a couple of months now, and it's performing fine.

Sleek and compact and very helpful with the new iMac which only has 2 USB ports. I just wish the cord was a little bit longer since it isn't long enough to connect to the back of the iMac and sit flat on my desk. It dangles from the back of the monitor.
I would recommend this to a friend!
