Awful design.

Tried using this for the Hero 4 Black and the design is ridiculous. So before I use this I have to put it in the housing, rebind it to the mount, then add it to the chest mount. Seems like a lot of effort, no one is going to carry a screwdriver around with them just to put this thing on.

I love this mount and I love the angle I use this for fishing and playing sports but you could use it for everything this is the only mount you need.

Awesome perspective

Great product. Straps are comfortable with or without an undershirt. I am on the slender/medium side of the spectrum, and don't feel like it cuts into me or slides around. Perspective of the video is great, fun view of day in the life type videos. Easy to take on and off, and will last a long time. When MTBing i suggest a j-hook mount, with a rotational mount because you need a lot of backwards angle to get the trail and not just your knees and handle bars

Not suitable for cycling

Bought this to use with my mountain bike based on the nice pictures here. Camera seemed to point down so fixed it in the highest possible position. After reviewing the footage i dont understand how they got the pictures here. The footage was unusable. Only captured front wheel, handlebar and few meters of ground ahead. My riding position is quite a bit more upright than usual mountain biking so i guess most would only see their front wheel and knees.
Only idea i have is to use gooseneck and fix camera on top of it and ride around like theres an alien baby breaking free of my ribcage but that is so ridiculous im not even going to try it. Besides it probably wouldnt work anyway because of weight.
Oh and then theres sound. For some reason wind noise filtering doesnt work with chesty. If you are moving audio is a loud garbled wind noise. No chance to understand what you are saying.
So unless your riding position is completely vertical or even leans back it doesnt work for cycling.

La fixation sur le harnais ne permet pas de filmer ce qu’il y a devant mais film vers le bas en vélo. Il aurait fallu fournir avec une fixation incurvée pour filmer ce qu’il se passe devant et pas filmer mes genoux...
