AVOID THIS PRODUCT!

This hard drive became dysfunctional less than a year after installing it into my system. As a result, all my data is completely gone; the entire disk became completely unreadable (there is no way for data recovery). Due to the nature of my work, I have handled and used many storage devices, and this by far is some of the worst; arguably THE WORST.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality, dead in 6 months

Dead in 6 months, the Patriot Flash Health Monitor app indicated that the drive now has 0% health remaining after only 10 days of power on time.
I've been trying to unload my files from it before RMA-ing it, which is taking days. I also will not be trusting the new drive they'll be sending me.
Avoid this, not a good deal at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Patriot P2100 not to be used

Not as advertised. A SSD for scrap.
After 6 months of being used as an external storage for backing up my files, Wrote once and after reaching its half size the problems started. It took me a week to copy (just read access) my 500Gb data to another disk.
At least the recovered data look readable.
I am a professional IT person with much experience in PC hardware.
