Underwhelming

I have purchased each GH series release since the GH5, and this was the first time I was disappointed. A few weeks after opening my brand new camera, the screen image flipped upside down permanently. It would not switch back after updating, or reinstalling the firmware. Panasonic refused to fix or replace the screen, even though the camera was well within the bounds of warranty. Finally, I should point out that the color science of the GH7 sensor is a slight step backward from the GH6.

Astounding camera system

I switched from a different system to the GH7 and I am incredibly pleased. The GH7 offers an insane amount of features covering both the professional photo and professional video realms. Being so feature packed and well built, I am very excited to explore all of the creative possibilities that it opens up for me.

The GH7 is more camera than the average enthusiast may ever need. It excels in both still photography and video, as is well documented. For me, primarily a stills shooter, I love the LUTS and TikTok LCD.

No more RTSP/RTP streaming!!!

I bought this last year. Loved it until 1.3 firmware update.
After firmware update 1.3, RTSP/RTP streaming feature was deleted due to "security enhancements".
My workflow crashed, no reason to use this camera any more.
You guys need to change the details on product page.
This is false information and consumer deception.

The camera is just disgusting.

Been using the camera for over half a year. And have shot more than a hundred projects. Before that I used the gh5 for many years.
The camera is just disgusting. Everything that bloggers write and talk about on YouTube does not correspond to the realities of shooting in real life. So
No mp4 h265 8bit 4.2.0. That is, there is MOV, but if the battery dies, the file turns out to be broken. The camera has a function to restore broken files. Why can not be done immediately to not be broken as it was in gh5, it is not clear.
Pomom, In manual mode when you change the position of the cube, used to pull up the autofocus, now the cube shifts and you need to press the focus button every time. Which is just not convenient and to such an extent that it is tinny.
Every time you change the position of the AF point, you have to press set. It's just a pain. It is impossible to use the autofocus fully.
Automatic backlighting of the screen, it's just a mockery. Not from the light outside, but from the exposure of the frame. Are you serious?
The battery doesn't last as long as the gh5 did.
Not all buttons can be assigned properly.
You can't turn on or off face detection with autofocus while shooting.
