excellent output, poor software and driver support

Great label output in quality and speed. Software is antique, outdated and tedious and works only intermitently with OneDrive. Driver setup is clunky on Windows 11 Intel devices, does not work on iPad and there are no drivers for ARM based Window 11 devices e.g. Surface Pro 11

The printer has some great features with the WiFI capabilities we were looking for in a business-label printer. The disconnection issue when powering off was frustrating until we were able to change the default programming through the Brother support team. We would like to see the label print faster as I wouldn't consider this "ultra-fast" as the description alludes to and the reason I didn't rate it a 5 start. Our old Dymo printer printed labels faster but didn't have wireless technology so we went with the Brother printer. In comparing all the features including cost, I rated it an overall 4 star.

small office must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the box, I was a little intimidated but set up was easier than I expected it to be. The size is compact which I really appreciate. I also really like that it is self-cutting so the labels are clean looking. It can be used wirelessly, app, or hardwired. It can handle lots of different tasks and has come in quite handy for our small medical office.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Look Printing Label

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brother QL-810wc has been a great asset to my home office. This printer is wireless and can be wired if needed, very easy to set-up from start to finish. The printer is small but mighty which makes it easy to store in the office. After each print the printer cuts the label for you making a very neat clean cut label. The printer prints in black and red ink if needed. You can make address labels, mailing labels, name badges, etc. The software is very easy to work with and even provides some templates for quick usage for your projects. While you can hook the printer up to your computer it can also be used through the Brother label app which can be downloaded to your phone. The label quality has been excellent while using the labels for various needs, the labels even got wet and there was no ink smearing. Overall I am very happy with the performance of this Brother printer.

Great for small businesses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is wonderful for small businesses that do a lot of shipping. Prints labels quickly and easily. Ink doesn’t smudge and prints precisely. No cords and cables to be messy and in the way. 10/10 in love.
