[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I do not give it a 5 is that I am not sure how to have it automatically switch to the paper required for a print job & I can't find any information as to how to do so

I had this printer for a year and the touch screen no longer works, so even though the printer still works, the screen is stuck on the bar code and will not receive any communication between the computer and printer. I have 9 Xerox machines, one is 15 years old and still works on an old computer. I have in the past sang praises to the machine but lately have had so many negative incidents

Jamming when print duplex, can't figure out why...

Can't find a manual...cannot find any reason for jamming. Other printers work fine for two sided, just the Xerox jams.

Silent and easy to use compared with XB405

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this printer to replace our old B405 printers at the office. The aesthetics of B315 are nicer compared to B405, the scanning capability is swifter (paper moves slightly slower but it scans both sides with one sweep). Easier to maintain. The only con is the paper tray, too small and if you want one with more capacity, you have to buy it separately.

Overall decent for small office printing
