Great portable SSD for photos and videos storage

The Lexar 2TB SL500 Portable SSD has been an excellent choice for my storage needs. It offers fast and consistent transfer speeds, with solid read/write performance that makes backing up files quick and hassle-free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very spacious, but limited on what you can use it for. I haven’t updated my MacBook Air because I need more gbs, and unfortunately I couldn’t use the storage on this device to help me update it. I like that it allows you to protect it with a password. The device is very thin which makes it easy to transport(it could literally fit in a pocket). It responds fairly fast, but i don’t like that it requires you to go to your files to detach the USB before actually being able to remove it.

light, small, fast and essential, but you may need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] External SSD in black, super compact design, lightweight, comes with a beautiful flexible case, USB C cable on both ends and a magnetic device to attach to your cell phone or anywhere else you want. With 1TB of memory, I will be able to store many files and photos of my grandchildren who are about to come, I am very happy that it arrived at a great time. I needed to use a USB adapter on the notebook, it also works with computers, cell phones with USB C input. From what I noticed, it uses a little more than other SSDs, but it is worth the cost-benefit. IP68 protection that makes it more interesting by protecting it from water and dust. I still need to know more in depth to enjoy all the features of the Lexar SL500, but what can I say, it is everything we need in terms of speed, fluidity and archiving. Thank you Influenster!

The USB-C cable is heavy-duty and just the right length for attaching to my phone. I really like the magnetic case. It's really protective and attaches easily to my phone. It works flawlessly with all my devices.
