Handle works great - retractable. Outside zipper pocket is great; just wish there was a slot for a touchscreen pen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems well made, but it is too big for the 14 inch X1 Carbon. There is about an inch or two of extra space in each direction so it is not a snug fit.
