Nice quality, nice features, wrong size

Something is wrong. I just bought this sleeve for my new 14" Thinkpad laptop and what I got had a label saying it was the Thinkpad 14" Sleeve, but my laptop swims in it. I measured the sleeve to be 14.5" x 11.25" while the dimensions of the 14" laptop are 13" x 8.5". I was expecting a snug sleeve. The dimensions advertised for the 14" sleeve are wrong. Otherwise, it looks like a nice case of good quality if only it was the right size. I have to return this one, which is a disappointment and a humbug.

this has over an inch of room on all sides of a x1 yoga / x1 carbon. not at all the snug & secure sleeve I was looking for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
