This is a replacement for the Pro model that had a seal leak allowing lubricant to pass by rubber fins in grinding blade cap. As I got such a slow response to my complaint and warning (concerned for health safety issue for myself and potentially others), I went ahead and proceeded to purchase this newer model, still hoping to hear from and perhaps get some resolve or attention to my warning/complaint, maybe even some credit, but at least acknowledgment. Time will tell if I chose wisely or made another error. Hoping the quality is improved.

I've used Nutibullets for years, making two smoothies a day. And though I've loved them, a few drawbacks have always been the noise level, having to hold the bullet in place when using and lastly, the cleaning. But now that has all been resolved in the Ultra! Super quiet, holds in place and barely any effort to clean and keep clean! Thank you Nutribullet for these awesome improvements!
