I replaced my Nutribullet Pro - 900 watt with the Nutribullet Ultra - 1200 watt, and have been using it for 2 weeks. The description of the product says - "It’s engineered to produce sound at a lower frequency than previous models, making it our quietest single-serve blender yet, and its Tritan™ Renew blending cups bring sustainable strength to the table. It’s sleek, it’s powerful, and it delivers the highest quality blends, time after time." This is louder than my Nutribullet Pro (89 decibels vs 85 decibels), and it leaves chunks of fruit or frozen kale every time. I do not load above the Max line, and I load in the order suggested in the manual. I've had chunks of fresh banana, fresh strawberries and frozen kale. I gave it two stars because I like that it automatically shuts off. Thinking of returning the product.
Easy to use, makes quick smoothies, slushy cocktails (during this heatwave!) salad dressings, etc. Easy to clean-- cups are (top) dishwasher safe. Attractive design and takes very LITTLE room on the counter.
I have had this blender for about two months. It blends very well but I do have two pain points. The first is the noise. I would agree it is at a lower frequency than my previous nutribullet but it is way louder. My other issue is the lid for the cups. There is no option for a fixed, non to-go lid. The lid has a tendency to open as the seal isn't strong. Obviously not great when it opens in your backpack on the way to work..
I purchased this product today in the Macys after I read good online reviews and description. It supposed to be quiet but it’s not, it’s much louder than my old Ninja and that was main reason I decided to get this blender. Saying this, I think it blends very nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased The Nutribullet Ultra to replace a different brand, what a difference, more power, smoother, well built and my smoothies are absolutely delicious! What had I been missing for all those years, glad to be in the Nutri Bullet Family.
Purchased in Feb 24 and after a few month's use, I can say this product is inferior to its predecessors in almost every way. The manufacturer's claim that this product is quiet is false. It is much, much louder than the Nutribullet Pro, which I also own. The suction cups are nice if you want to walk away while your blender runs, but they stick to everything! It would be nice to have the option to engage the suction cups when needed. The blending cup is way too narrow. Food gets stuck at the top, preventing consistent blend and it's nearly impossible to clean, even for medium sized hands. It is not worth the extra cost and I regret my purchase, wishing I'd just purchased another Nutribullet Pro.
