Fantastic (when it works!)

I really like the NutriBullet SmartSense, but unfortunately the main blender pitcher does not work reliably and I likely need a replacement. The regular NutriBullet cup works perfectly every time, so the problem seems isolated to the large blender pitcher or its connection to the base.
When it does connect properly, the blender works great—powerful, convenient, and exactly what I wanted. But the large pitcher only engages inconsistently. Sometimes it blends normally; other times I can hear the motor running without the pitcher/blades properly catching.
That’s a pretty significant issue because the large blender was the primary reason I bought this model, especially for sauces and larger batches. I otherwise really like the machine and suspect mine simply has a defective pitcher or coupling mechanism.
I’d be very happy with the product if NutriBullet could replace the defective blender pitcher/assembly.

Smart Touch died right after warranty

I bought this product in June of 2025 and it completely died immediately after the year warranty date. The electronic controls lit up but did not function. I tried all the suggestions to fix it with no luck. The blender was used less than 20 times! I thought Nutribullet to be a good quality product. Not anymore. :(

This Nutribullet is shaping up to be the best one I’ve owned. The Auto feature actually analyzes the contents and blends everything perfectly. My main hope is durability — I’ve already gone through three Nutribullets because they just don’t seem to last. I use mine every day, and the 600‑watt models never held up. This one is 1400 watts, and so far I’m encouraged by how strong and smooth it runs. Time will tell, but it’s off to a great start after one month.
