[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Brush but Phillips really should include the Plug adapter. No one has a USB port in the Bathroom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too much vibration against my teeth due to small amount of bristles. Feels like putting my teeth on a washing machine during a spin cycle and almost like a torture in instead of a comforting experience.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have. The mode selected impacts the vibration level on many Sonicare models. Refer to the user manual for your device to learn how to adjust this setting. Some models also have an EasyStart feature that slowly increases the vibration level. During the first 14 brushing sessions, this feature gradually increases the vibration. It enables you to gradually adjust to the vibrations. You might think about lowering the intensity level. Different intensity levels are employed by some brushing modes. You can try altering the brushing mode. We hope this solves the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well-constructed but that's about it. I've read the manual a dozen times, and tried everything in and still the one thing I want - for it to run on the strongest setting - eludes me. I think there are too many "features" built into it, it should be simple to just push a button and get what you want reliably. But that's no how this one works. Some nights I get a robust brushing, other nights it barely vibrates. Hugely disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this a couple of months and now it won’t charge. Big waste of money!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected a lot from this toothbrush after my dentist told me it was "the best." It's not working out for me. The brush head that comes with it is too narrow and doesn't clean my teeth effectively. Even worse (really!) is the high pitched whine that comes with the "sonic" feature. Some sounds cause pain in my left ear, and that noise from the toothbrush is very uncomfortable, especially if the stem of the brush attachment happens to touch a tooth while I'm brushing. OUCH!

Hi ChuckIt,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we want you to have with our Philips Sonicare toothbrush. We recommend that you remove the brush head from the handle. Turn on your toothbrush. The original Philips Sonicare brush heads are recommended. Brush heads that are not original may produce more noise than original brush heads. If your toothbrush is making an unusually loud noise, it could be due to a loose brush head. Check that the brush head is securely attached to the handle and not loose. A small gap will remain between the handle and the brush head due to vibration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had a couple of months- but suddenly the vibration’s intensity disappears. It comes and goes now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous electric toothbrush was a rotary model. This sonic type brush took some getting used to - as the frequency that it operates at is very high. The size is nice (of both the brushing unit and the charging stand). A con is that the on-off button position on the handle is such that normal grasping of the handle during use sometimes cav shut the unit off inadvertently.

while using this product, head continually works its way off. The best sonic toothbrush was when the heads screwed on.
