Great BUT does not last

This toothbrush is great but this is the second one I’ve owned that has stopped working after changing the replacement head. Really frustrating because I love it, but it’s only 4mo old!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure what is wrong with me, but the excessive saliva that gets produced, and runs down my hand, or has me leaning over the sink, makes this very inconvenient to use with dubious effectiveness. I use less than 1/8 of a teaspoon of toothpaste (on the advice of my dentist to use 'less' than normal) and it still causes me to drool. With any less, and I bet that I'd get the benefit of no fluoride. And that makes me think that this is kinda worse for my teeth than manual brushing ?

Very helpful to my gums and preventing plaque buildup. My only beef is that I purchased it with an offer on the package for a free brush head after registration. When I tried this, it was no longer available.
