[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the toothbrush very much. It did not come with replacement brushes, and I can't find replacement brushes.. Without replacement brushes, it becomes too expensive.

Inferior in everyway to prior models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worse in every way than the 4100 HX6810 that I purchased in 2020.
The charging cord is USB, but it does not come with a plug adapter. You have to provide that yourself.
The on/off button has very little travel, and it is not clear whether it is set to high or low. That option itself is poor. You should be able to set which option you want to use. It does not hold a charge as long as the older model. It is thinner than the older model, which likely means a smaller battery, thus the poor charge life. Look so many things now days, the price goes up, the quality is down, and the product is inferior to what it used to be. My old 4100 lasted five years. It bet this one won't last 2. I won't buy another 4100
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to replace my sonic care UV cleaning tooth brush with a new one but could not fine the same kind. I bought the new one. Its junk. my old one had lots of power and would spray water and toothpaste all over if you didnt use carefully. This new one barely moves. You can take it out of your mouth and doesnt even move enough to spread water. I am so disappointed in it. I hope my old one never quits working because i dont even use the new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house is divided. I like it; my wife does not. She thinks the slower speed it still too aggressive.

Weaker model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it is light weight and the battery lasts longer than the previous model, this model is not as vigorous as the previous model. It works but would have spent a little more for the model that had the three settings that died on me after 2 years.

Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with this toothbrush. It's not nearly as powerful as the one that it replaced. I can't for the life of me figure out how to set it to not start on low power and then have to push the button again to make it high power even though I followed the steps to program it.

Poor quality
on August 21, 2025

I had an oral b that I used for over 7 years and finally decided to try out philips sonicare. This was a good low price point but in a years time I had to get two replacements. Very unfortunate. I'm glad I registered the product so it was under warranty. I like how slim it is for travel but disappointed at the low quality and poorly made. Once warranty runs out, I would be seeking for another model or brand.
