Cute, but does it really clean?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is really cute. I wanted to replace my old workhorse, a Sonicare from 2015. It still worked great, and I just replaced the brush heads. I threw it out when I received this one (the white surface was beginning to yellow), but I wish I hadn't!
The new product is very small and has an extremely soft touch. It doesn't feel like I'm getting my teeth really clean.
