[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually buy a larger Phillips but this was on sale. It isn't as powerful as the others. Makes a straining sound when push tightly against my teeth. I'll buy another and use this for travel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Annoying reminder buzz
on May 19, 2025
Posted by: Slate22
After just three months, the brush does an annoying buzz pattern twice at the end of every single brushing to tell you it's time to replace the brush head. Can't turn it off. Otherwise it's good, but I don't like being pressured into subscription models.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charging ceased functioning within one week. Are replacement chargers for purchase in stores?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using a Sonicare toothbrush for the last 25+years. It stopped working while on vacation without access to my computer so I had no time to do research. BTW I have a history of teeth problems going back 40 years and the Sonicare toothbrush and quarterly dentist cleaning since using the Sonicare have mitigated the problems. However when I went to purchase a replacement I did not know there was a "dumbded down" version alll having the Sonicare brand. I miss the 30 second reminder to switch to another quadrant. among other things. I also do not like the 2 speed switch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible! Very weak even fully charged. Had 2 of these, returned 1 threw the next one out. Bought the 6000, much better. Much stronger. Works very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It brushes wonderfully when it stays on (the powerful mode). The mode is never consistent. Once it graduates from the softer mode to the more intense mode, once I charge it it resets itself. Believe me, I’ve followed all the provided troubleshooting from the instruction manual to no avail. I’ll be brushing with the more more intense mode for 8 days then out of nowhere it will change to a middle setting, not the lowest. Then I click it to the more intense mode, only to have it go to the softness stater setting. No consistency. Was going to purchase the more expensive model & use this one as my travel brush-but now weary

Good toothbrush for healthy teeth and gums

This is my favorite toothbrush and my dentist noticed the health of my gums and teeth was improved when I started using this brush over a standard toothbrush. I recently replaced my original soniccare with this version and like the finish on it better, it’s easier to grip.
