Not a fan of charging feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unhappy with how the charging feature works. EasyStart "should be deactivated". For whatever reason, I had trouble making that happen. I also don't like the port plug. I prefer a regular in-wall plug like all the other Sonicare brushes I've had over the past 30 years. Yes, I'd recommend Sonicare.

Powerful brushing, quality and value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful brushing action makes for a fairly quick session. Charging is quick and seems to have along charge life per charge. The 4100 appears to be a good value after 3 weeks of use.

BUYER BEWARE
on April 18, 2025
Posted by: Zebra614
This toothbrush doesn't have the power my prior Sonicare toothbrush did.
Buyer beware: the toothbrush comes with a card, saying you'll get a free brush head if you register online. Unfortunately this is FALSE. Although there is no expiration date on that card, the offer has "expired" and the company won't stand by that offer.
Buiyer beware: the toothbrush needs an adapter plug, which does not come with the toothbrush. No mention of that in the product description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must start by saying I replaced the pro version of this toothbrush with this less expensive one. And you get what you pay for here. It operates as if should but after having the pro version I’m unsatisfied and will purchase the pro next time

Hi Yakerz,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! If the bristles on your Sonicare 3100 toothbrush head are falling out, it could indicate that the brush head is worn out or maybe not attach correctly. Here are a few steps you can take to address the issue:

Check the connections - Make sure the brush head is properly attached to the handle. Sometimes, if it isn't securely fastened, it can cause extra strain, potentially loosening the bristles.

Inspect the Brush Head - Examine the brush head for any damage or signs of wear. If it's been in use for a while, it may simply be time to replace it. Most toothbrush heads should be replaced every three months or sooner if they show signs of damage.

Attach the brush head correctly - If your brush head falls off your toothbrush handle, ensure that the brush head is attached correctly.
1. Hold the brush head with the bristles pointing in the same direction as the buttons on your toothbrush.
2. Push the brush head firmly on the toothbrush until you feel a slight click.

Purchase a New Brush Head - If the current brush head is defective or worn out, consider purchasing a new Philips Sonicare-compatible replacement head. Ensure that the replacement heads are compatible with your Sonicare 3100 model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't get my toothbrush to change to lower pressure. I tried using the on/off button but it didn't work.
