My new Philips Sonicare 4100 replaced it, and it's a welcome change. It works great, feels good, is easy to use, and is not so loud.

Vibration is so fast, so intense that it makes my teeth and mouth tingle wherever it touches. I'd replace with a less intense one if they let me.
