[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had Sonics for years now, so I expected that the 4100 series would be just as reliable. Unfortunately things like the usb charger and the fact it had a weak pulse made me return this within the first month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't yet used this toothbrush because I do not have a plug in my bathroom that fits a USB. I haven't been able to find an adapter that will fit into my bathroom plug. Why don't you include the adapter with the product so we can use it after purchase?

Much easier, and teeth are cleaner, than manual

USB connection a nuisance

This required a USB block to connect to the wall, 8 times the plug size, which can interfere with a nightlight being connected to the same outlet, adds extra material to landfills. Sonicare saved money but l would choose something else next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not crazy about this toothbrush. This is around my 6th Sonicare. But its the first one I've had to keep the manual around in order to use it. I still can't get it to full strength brushing without having to press the power button twice. Not sure if Sonicare makes a simple one these days, but if so I recommend that one.
