[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great toothbrush, light, comfortable to handle. Only issue is the “quadpacer” sound could be a little louder. I guess because of trying to make it a low noise toothbrush, tge “quadpacer” sound was also reduced and often can’t be heard.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two 4100’s. One is fine, the other flashes green when charging (3days) and never finishes. Called and it’s being replaced by a different model. Only the body without the additional parts - disappointed that I am not getting a complete new brush for all my troubles, it happened n the first month. I suspect it’s a refurbished body I am getting. Gees, wish that had made good on the warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product doesn’t hold a charge very long at all, my old one could go for over a month! Also the intensity is very low. Not impressed

Hi there,
This is not the experience we wish you to have. We advise you to try a few troubleshooting measures to see if they work. All Sonicare toothbrushes have unique chargers that cannot be used with other Sonicare models. We suggest using the toothbrush's original charger to charge it. A different outlet might work better for charging it. Check to see whether your charging cord or adapter is broken. Stop using your adapter or cord right away if you see any damage. If you use a stand, pad, or glass for charging, make sure your toothbrush is positioned in the middle of the charger. Make sure the charger isn't near any other chargers or on a metal surface as this could interfere with the charging process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my toothbrush for several months and even though I’ve swapped the head for it a few times it still turns off randomly in the middle of me brushing. Is there a reason for that? And I don’t mean the 2 minute timer that’s built into it either.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare 4100 Series toothbrush stops randomly.
If your toothbrush turns off by itself, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution. The selected brushing mode defines the brushing time. Your toothbrush will turn off automatically when the recommended time is up. We recommend changing the brushing mode. Brushing mode times can range from 20 seconds to 3.5 minutes. The QuadPacer is an interval timer that has a short beep and pause to remind you to brush the four sections of your mouth evenly and thoroughly. This Philips Sonicare toothbrush comes with the QuadPacer feature activated. The SmarTimer indicates that your brushing cycle is complete by automatically turning off. Your toothbrush measures the pressure you apply while brushing. If you press too hard, it briefly stops, indicating that you are using too much pressure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to work well as my dentist said that it is helping keep my teeth clean but I brush my teeth for 4 cycles (each cycle is 2 minutes long)every time I use it. The one issue with it is that it seems that you have to buy Phillips replacement heads because the replacements I bought don't stay on through the course of brushing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the brush is not as big and bulky as my last older Sonicare toothbrush! Also 2 speeds is great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a replacement for my previous Sonicare which stopped working. Got model # off bottom of old one and purchased same. This one is smaller and has less power than previous. Very disappointed. Does not clean as well. Did something change?

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you aren't pleased with the performance of the Philips Sonicare Toothbrush. Please note that some Toothbrushes have the EasyStart feature activated by default. This feature causes your Toothbrush to increase its vibration level slowly after each brushing session. The increase in vibration will occur over the first fourteen sessions. If you want your Toothbrush to vibrate normally, we recommend turning off the EasyStart feature.
Also note that the mode selected impacts the vibration level on your Toothbrush. Some brushing modes are less powerful, for example, TongueCare and Sensitive. We recommend increasing the vibration by changing the brushing mode. Turn off your Toothbrush and press the mode/intensity button to choose the preferred mode.
We hope this will improve your experience. However, if the issue still persists or you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media.
