[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 5th Sonic toothbrush. They clean very well and keep the plaque away. I do not like the black with the white brush, think they should ship with the black brush to match the base. Also, I had to go out and get a converter to plug into the wall. Should come with one or make it a plug in.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my previous sonicare toothbrush that died on me. I like the smaller size and that it can be charged by a usb port. However, I am disappointed that it didn’t come with a carrying case. This could have been an oversight on my part when ordering and I am able to use my previous carrying case when traveling but a new case that fits the smaller size would have been nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The body is too slim. Nice design but too small of a diameter. Can’t recharge the unit with an electrical outlet. This requires an additional piece. I prefer the older models. I have the water pick too. That body is too thick and that a comfortable way to hold. The opening on the side doesn’t allow to completely empty the container
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Sonic cleaned better. I will give it a little more time but feel I probably will be purchasing a new toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought an electric toothbrush years after my dentist said I should. It's easy to use, and really gets your teeth and mouth clean, well within the 2 minutes it runs automatically.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An electric toothbrush is so much better than standard, if used correctly. I have had other Sonic brushes in the past and they are a good product. The only concern I have is the on/off button is not too easy to distinguish. Other version had a deeper button that was easy to find. Otherwise, the current model is slim and nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, easy to use. Replacement heads expensive.

This is my third brush. They last right about a year and they break. And if it's over the 1 yr warranty you're screwed. Just cheap junk. They are great when they wor, till they don't. This 4100 turns in and vibrates but the brush no longer moves. Had it a year and two weeks! Built in obsolescence I suppose like everything else these days. I'll find another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
