[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is so helpful and intuitive. I use my phone for personal and work and it keeps up with everything I throw at it. Could I survive without it? Yes. But do I WANT to? That is a big N-O!!! This phone keeps me organized, helps me shop, helps me helps my son with homework, now if it could only figure out how to cook dinner...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been enjoying the S25 Ultra, its is my first new flagship phone ive owned and im not disappointed, using the galaxy ai mixed with my other tech products including the galaxy watch 5 and buds 3 pro, this phone is fast and has good battery life to last me all day and good performance for the games I play on my phone, I am excited to trade this down the line for a S26 Ultra or a Fold 7.

Best phone ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25 Ultra is faster than my morning coffee. The camera zooms so far I can basically see what my neighbors are having for dinner. Galaxy AI handles the heavy lifting while I just try to look smart. It’s officially the only member of the family that actually listens to me.

terrible display vs previous models will return
on January 31, 2025

Returning the phone! The screen is terrible. Artifacts and glitches in menus; colors are muted, contrast is awful. Went through every option to try and make it tolerable. The vivid slide bar is useless. My s21 with "eye protecton" on has a sharper more vibrant display. Why have a high quality camera when all the pictures look terrible on the screen? I have never been more disappointed in a phone. I have had multiple generations of Samsung phones; unless they do something about the display this will unfortunately be my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there, we appreciate your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. We understand how frustrating it can be when your new device is not meeting your expectations in appearance andfunctionality. In your settings if ‘Natural’ is selected in Screen mode, or ‘Eye comfort shield’ or ‘Adaptive color tone’ is enabled in Display settings, you are not able to adjust the ‘Vividness’ option as the ‘Advanced settings’ does not appear on the settings menu. We have provided links to the full device manual to help you further with these features, and to the Samsung Support Team if this experience continues and you would like additional assistance. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Product Manuals https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/ Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages

Battery life is laughable. A full charge at 7 AM
on November 8, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery life is laughable. A full charge at 7 AM drops to 15% by early afternoon with light use: email, Slack, browsing, no gaming. I’ve disabled 5G, killed background apps, turned off always-on display, capped refresh rate at 60 Hz—nothing works. It drains faster than my three-year-old S21 Ultra on its last legs. Even overnight idle drains 12-15%. Embarrassing for a 5,000 mAh battery and “ultra-efficient” Snapdragon 8 Elite. Freezing is constant. Multiple times daily the phone locks up for 10-30 seconds. Open the camera? Freeze. Switch apps? Freeze. Type a message? Freeze. Everything I tried to do during the hang suddenly floods in at once. I’ve factory reset twice, cleared cache partition, booted in safe mode—same garbage every time. The S Pen is useless. Tap one spot, it registers two inches away. Drawing straight lines is impossible; the cursor jumps like it’s drunk. Air gestures fail half the time. My 2019 Note 10+ had a far more accurate pen. Samsung clearly broke something here. Touch response is broken. I have to jab the screen 4-5 times for a single tap to register. Scrolling stutters, swiping lags, typing is infuriating—letters either don’t appear or double-type. I removed the screen protector, cleaned the display, recalibrated touch sensitivity—zero improvement. It’s not my fingers; every other phone in the house works fine. Performance is slower than last-gen. Apps take forever to open, multitasking hiccups, even the home animation stutters. This thing has 16 GB o

Terrible phone

I love Samsung but I have some major issues with the phones. First thing is the screen glare and brightness are definitely not what they say. Even in cloudy skies the screen is almost unusable even with all the settings turned all the way up. The glare is not as bad as the s23 ultra but still terrible. It has to be dark to even see the screen. Second thing is the camera. DO NOT SAY THE CAMERA TAKES GREAT PICTURES. The s23 ultra took way better pictures at night and low light. The zoom is a joke. I can't zoom in more than 10x before it gets so grainy and will not focus at all. My suggestion is do not put out another phone until you fix the issues with the current one. Because I will not waste my money on another phone and if you don't then it's goodbye Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
