Just got it. It works fine, all the parts are there. The suction is weaker after the initial use which was quicker than expected of a brand new vacuum.

Loud,short battery life but great suction

It came with 30 seconds of charge on it, so I fully charged it and when I started using it,, the suction was great but I was immediately disappointed because it's not only super loud, like louder than a hair dryer on high, but I got maybe 5 minutes total vacuum time before it was dead again. Other people j see got like 25 + minutes on a single charge.
