Don’t know yet just plugged it in. Again I do not know I just got it home and plugged it in so I have no clue how it works or if it even does work.

I do not have a receipt because I won this vacuum in a non-profit raffle. I really wanted to win this for my office. Glad I got it because it's a great small vacuum that does exactly what I need it for.

Handheld vacuum

I bought the handheld vacuum and I was only able to vacuum under 2 seat cushions before it cut off. I tried to charge it and it will not charge or cut on.
