Vacation was working fine, however, yesterday as I was using it on bare hardwood for a dustball, loud ball-bearing sounds started. I quickly turned it off. I checked the filter cup and there was only a bit of hair. The motor section rattled. So I'm not sure this is a good vacuum. I put it back together and it rattled and then the rattle stopped.Hope it will stay working. But, obviously there is a flaw.
