I just opened the box

I just opened the box after buying this hand, vacuum To start setting it up/charge it etc.
Right when I opened it, I noticed that the barrel chipped, at one of the clasping points. ¯\/[•_•]\/¯ I’m not usually one for turning things, but I guess I’m going to have to since I haven’t even used it yet and blam wham-bam-no thankyou-ma’mm

The charging is not lighting up, but the vacuum does have a strong suction. The attachments look good.

Bought today 1/31/2025 and couldn’t wait to get home to clean out my car.. took vacuum out of box and loved it, tried it with what little charge was on it..and it worked better than expected. Then I went to plug it in and wouldn’t charge, cord that came with it doesn’t work. Tried a cord I already had at home and it works fine. So the cord that came with it is now in the trash.. I hope this isn’t the start to a downward spiral!!
