I got it as a gift from my employer. I was not able to turn it on for the first one. I called customer service and they replaced it right away. The second one is great. Great sound quality

32"Sound Bar with bluetooth

I bought this soundbar for the bluetooth function to use on my Samsung TV but the delay was too much so that was out. I connected it directly and it was OK but not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
