TV Connectivity does not work

Connection to TV via both optical cable (included in box) and with AUX cable (my own) does not work. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this on Friday the 29th, 2023. I bought this with Bluetooth and the tv isn’t but it still connected thank God with the option of AUX.
I would recommend this to a friend!
