Too bulky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we were able to finally figure out that the cup holder can adjust to size, we realized it was just too bulky for any of the vehicles we drive. Love the idea! Got us through the final days of our road trip but has been sitting in a box since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this particular item thinking that it would be perfect for my needs. The need of having 2 available phones at my disposal from the comfort of my vehicle(for maps and music while driving). I'm in my vehicle 75% of my workdays... either driving or sitting to monitor fence lines, gates or a specific premise. It was excellent at first but shortly after purchasing one of the arms lost its ability to hold up any type of weight other than itself.
It wasn't a stripped screw or misplaced part. The arm just began being flimsy and non-resistant to holding up my phone. The one arm continued to do as advertised so I guess it was a 50/50 buy.
