Skips chapters and sounds like a jet engine

Wouldn't play Blu-Ray discs - No upgrade path

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not load or play blu-ray discs, giving "unknown disc" message. No internet connectivity for firmware upgrade path. iLive website lacked any technical support for non-online purchase customers. Extensive internet search for disc or USB firmware upgrade options for this player returned no results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
