Stuck rice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very pretty pot but the top seems to be a little light weight and flimsy. My rice stuck to the bottom of the pot. I will use again for items that will not stick. It was super easy to clean which was a plus

A beauty for the kitchen beast

It has great capacity and measures out well so if you aren’t the best Chef and need to follow exact recipes it will help guide you. I personally hand wash my pots and pans but it’s incredibly durable thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very nice stick pot, and it has become one of my favorite kitchen tools. This pot is constructed from thick and sturdy material. I think this gonna last very long. It is spacious enough to cook a large quantity of soup, easily serving 8-10 people. This makes it an ideal choice for family gatherings, dinner parties, or meal prepping for the week.

High quality stockpot!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot looks absolutely stunning. It’s such a sturdy looking pot with a thick bottom. The size of this pot is perfect for making dinner for the family. The stainless steel allows an even heat distribution when boiling water/ broth. What’s nice about this stock pot is the lid has a built in steam vent. This pot is also super easy to clean. Will be a nice addition to the kitchen. Can’t wait to use this pot when making various asian soup dishes.

The only thing I have used it for so far is boiling water and cooking pasta to go with dinner. The quantity lines inside make it simple and easy to use. I am excited to make a stew or soup with it soon. Happy to have received this item and will most definitely put it to good use over time!

Sturdy pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely sturdy, cooks evenly and fast on my stove (electric glass top). I made soup for my family (crazy in the summer heat, I know!) and it turned out fantastic! No boil over because it was deep enough and it cleaned out very well.

Won't cook with anything else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alva Stock Pot with Lid has me rethinking my current pot and pans set. I now realize how inferior my current set is in comparison to The Alva Products. The encapsulated 3 layer base is a game changer for serious cooks. There aren't any hot spots which ensures that food will cook evenly with optimal distribution. I initially tested this pot by making meatballs. Much to my delight, the meat cooked evenly and did not stick to the pan. The vent holes on the lid are fantastic as they allow steam to escape, preventing boiling over. My sauce cooked better than ever. For serious cooks, these pots and pans are a must. For a novice, these pots and pans will help you to become a better cook, as they are a very helpful tool. I have since added more of this company's pans to my kitchen.
