Galaxy S25 Ultra: The Ultimate Note & AI Evolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned every single Galaxy Note since the original debuted, my standards for a stylus-driven flagship are exceptionally high. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra isn't just a phone; it is the ultimate culmination of that Note legacy, combining elite raw hardware with game-changing Galaxy AI.
The physical refinement is incredible. Moving to a lighter 218g grade-5 titanium frame with slightly rounded corners makes this massive 6.9-inch screen significantly more comfortable to hold than its predecessors. The display itself is a masterpiece. The new anti-reflective coating on the Corning Gorilla Armor 2 is spectacular, maintaining deep contrast and rich colors while completely neutralizing glare. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip delivers effortless, class-leading power.
But the real magic happens when you pop out the built-in S Pen. For a longtime Note user, the S Pen is home. This year, it acts as a physical bridge to Galaxy AI, making productivity incredibly fun. My absolute favorite features are Circle to Search and Sketch to Image. Being able to seamlessly circle text or objects with the S Pen precision feels futuristic. Even better, Sketch to Image lets me rough out a quick doodle with the stylus on a photo, and the AI transforms it into a perfectly blended, realistic element. It brings a level of creativity and fun to a smartphone that I haven't experienced in years.

Pretty soon I will be upgrading to the S26 Ultra. But I still haven't used all the features this phone has to offer. The S Pen is one of my favorites to use.

One of my favorite features is Galaxy AI, especially for helping me stay organized, quickly summarize notes, and improve productivity throughout the day.
For entertainment, the display quality is amazing for streaming movies, watching sports, and gaming. The screen is bright, smooth, and detailed, which makes everything look immersive whether I’m watching YouTube, Netflix, or live sports. Gaming performance has also been excellent with fast response times and no lag during longer sessions.
I also use my Samsung device for work and school tasks like video meetings, emails, note-taking, and multitasking between apps. The battery life easily lasts through my day, which is really important when I’m constantly on the go.
